I know it’s Tuesday already, but I found this trend where people post what they did last week for their marathon training and what they are planning to do for next week. I figure that if I put it down in writing it will be like signing a contract that I can’t get out of ;P
So what I did last week… I rather not answer that question, ha! I did go backpacking, so I was active
But here is what I’m doing this week: Monday-rest Tuesday-3 miles Wednesday-3 miles Thursday-3 miles Friday-rest Saturday-10 miles Sunday-rest
This is combination of many training programs I have available. I know it’s not perfect, but it doesn’t look scary so I know I can do it. I’m hoping to surprise my self and do better than that. I will let you know next #MarathonMonday
